We can also arrange delivery direct to your door, unless you wish to collect the order yourself.

BUSINESS TERMS
Brand 4 U Terms of Payment are strictly 80% deposit and balance on delivery. The 80% Deposit covers any cancellations, as this is the cost of the product. As a new business in the industry we have decided to start off with a very low mark up to build and grow a client relationships on our database. This special will run for a period of 30 days.
PROCEDURE FOR ORDERS
To ensuring that your goods are delivered timeously we require that the following process be followed: A copy of the purchase order must be sent to us, reflecting V.A.T. number and purchase order number. When you have received the goods, check that your order is correct and sign the Delivery note. Fax through the Delivery note and proof of payment the day the goods are delivered. To avoid interest being charge, this must be done on the day of receipt of goods.
BRANDING
Artwork origination and set-up will be charged for each order placed; our prices quoted are excluding V.A.T. and Delivery and subject to change without prior notification due to the ever-changing exchange rate.
TYPES OF BRANDING
ADD-A-TAG – branding can be Laser, Pad or Dome printed
LASER ENGRAVING – a logo is laser engraved into a product, replicating the logo with accuracy
DOMED STICKER – stickers are digitally printed in full-colour and automatically cut to any shape
CO2 ENGRAVING – a logo is burned into the product with CO2 laser
EMBROIDERY – stitched embroidery is decorating fabric with your designed logo
HEAT TRANSFER - digital images printed on vinyl surfaces
PAD PRINT – logo applied on a plate and transferred to the product
SCREEN PRINT – t-shirts, vinyl, signboards and lots more
DELIVERY
Delivery is 5-10 working days after you have approved final artwork, and we have received a signed confirmation order from you. Depending on the branding process, time of year, size and complexity of the order in question, this will determine the delivery date. Imported or out of stock products come from overseas and can take about 6-8 weeks by air and about 10-12 weeks by sea depending on the product.
